Thank you so much for your book and cards. It is brilliant and using it already. I had to give a Deputation in front Council Committee the other evening about Glyphosate use and death of 30+ trees in our area. I was so nervous, heart racing so immediately did my breathing technique and calmed right down and it went really well. My snoring is getting better and better and will keep up the exercises until it stops completely. I will keep you posted on my progress.
